If I should ever find a need for the ability to do more extensive remote interaction with my own or her computer, I'll happily upgrade to the full version. I moved some files from her desktop to the trash and deleted them, and the problem (she was getting a message stating "0 kb available") was resolved. Using the free VNC Lite 1.1, I was able to help my mother, who is in another state, resolve a problem on her Mac by connecting to her desktop and looking at it.
